Nerissa is a contemporary coastal retreat in a quiet pocket of Rye, just moments from 16th Beach on the Mornington Peninsula.

Its location places you within easy reach of everything the Peninsula is known for — world-class golf at Moonah Links and The Dunes, the thermal springs at Alba, and the cellar doors and restaurants of Red Hill — while still offering the privacy and quiet of a residential coastal pocket.

Nerissa is designed as a place to step out of routine. To walk to the beach before breakfast, explore the Peninsula by day, and return to a home that feels simple, comfortable and quietly refined.

More than a stay, it is a base for experiencing the Peninsula at its best across every season.
